•              Developing and maintaining new backend applications

•              Involved in creating the Test cases for the developed stories and executing them.

•              Preparing conceptual design for the application before developing it.

•              Involving in code review sessions with the developers and team leads.

•              Defining and document additions or modifications to existing test standards and guidelines to facilitate.

•              Coordination with overall QA team testing methodology.

•              Involves in designing the architecture of the applications and also recommend updates to existing architecture.

•              Unit testing the developed stories by creating test cases.

•              Providing support to QA team during testing phase and fixing the defects.

•              Create/modify project and procedures based on specific requirements.

•              Providing source code and formal documentation.

May require travel to various unanticipated worksites in the US.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Splunk ITSI Admin at TCS for an industry leading client, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Splunk ITSI environment to ensure it supports the needs of our IT operations and business stakeholders. You will work closely with IT teams to develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide visibility into the health and performance of critical IT services.
 
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency)
 
Must Have**
 
Strong experience in implementing service monitoring for complex systems using Splunk ITSI with at least 1 year experience
 
Proven experience as a Splunk Administrator (5+ Years) with a focus on ITSI.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, data ingestion, and indexing.
Experience with IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) modules, including creating and managing service models, KPIs, and glass tables.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and integration tasks.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, networks, and applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
Splunk Certified Admin or Splunk Certified ITSI Specialist certification.
Experience in a large enterprise environment. - Familiarity with Helix or other IT service management frameworks.
 
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Splunk ITSI environment, including configuration, tuning, and upgrades.
Develop and implement ITSI service models, KPIs, and glass tables to monitor the health of key IT services.
Migrate existing dashboard and alerting monitoring capabilities in Enterprise Splunk to ITSI
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide real-time insights into service performance and availability.
Enable auto-ticketing into helix ticketing platform using NEAP
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk ITSI and associated integrations.
Implement best practices for data ingestion, indexing, and storage to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and security, and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Splunk ITSI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk features and best practices and recommend improvements to our Splunk environment.

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can lead and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for our clients in various industries. You will define the Salesforce strategy, architecture, integration, development, and security of multiple Salesforce applications across sales, service, and marketing clouds. You will also work with senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and collaborate with other vendors.

What You’ll Do
Lead the development of Salesforce strategies and architectures for clients in target industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Industrial Goods, Financial Services, etc.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions using Data, Marketing, Sales, service, experience, industry clouds (Field Service etc), and other Salesforce products

What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 t0 14 years of experience in IT Architecture, Technology transformation, Salesforce architecture and development
Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications
Experience in leading and delivering complex Salesforce solutions using sales cloud, marketing cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud for at least 5-10 clients in target industries
Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external data platforms (Data lakes, etc.), ERP systems (Manufacturing industry), CBS systems (Financial industry), LMS systems (Financial industry), analytical systems (Tableau, etc.), messaging systems (Kafka, etc.), and public cloud platforms (one major public cloud)
Experience in working with Indian clients and organizations
Strong understanding of CRM market and competitors (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)

Client is recruiting an Analyst, IT Operations Backup & Storage, to join our team based in Hyderabad! As a Storage and Backup Administrator, you would be responsible for administration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting issues for storage and Backup related equipment / Applications as per our IT standards.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Extensive experience with Storage and Backup platforms (EMC, NetApp, Commvault, etc.)
Provide day-to-day Storage and backup device operations.
At least 5+ years’ experience working with NAS devices, especially NetApp equipment (FAS, AFF and or Cloud ONTAP).
Able to handle multiprotocol NAS volumes and user authentication using LDAP and AD.


At least 3+ years’ experience working with Commvault backups using protocols like NDMP, IntelliSnap, etc.
Experience using On Command System Manager, DDMC, etc. for managing NetApp and Dell Data Domain devices.
Experience setting up monitoring tools like AIQUM and Cloud Insights to monitor and alert to any hardware/software-related issues.
Doing recommended security hardening on Storage and backup devices.


Troubleshooting/resolving SAN or network-related issues on Storage, backup and server equipment.
Advanced Knowledge of Server Hardware, virtualization, networking and datacenter.


Performing restores of files, folders, databases, and virtual machines.
Troubleshooting and resolving backup issues as per customer satisfaction.
Performing maintenance on existing backup systems and databases.
Advanced storage and backup system configuration and data migration techniques.


Storage and backup Infrastructure upgrades, patch management
Troubleshoot performance issues related to the backup and recovery environment.
Resolve and if needed escalate complex incident/problem and provides root cause analysis.
Providing descriptive and timely updates for all assigned incidents/problems.
Liaison to vendors on vendor related incidents/problems
Maintain backup policies and procedures, including the overseeing of the appropriate retention criteria and corresponding legal holds as required.

Capable of developing written processes and procedures.
Experience with ticket management on the ServiceNow platform.
